Publish your 1st event
As the person in charge of organization, you need to create your organization.
This is the prerequisite for publishing your event.

If you have published a detailed program, click on "speakers", then select a name for each conference.

Adding an e-mail address to the contact form is not compulsory. By default, the organization's e-mail address will be used.
However, if you wish to add a contact e-mail, it must belong to a member of the "staff " for security reasons.

You need to publish several identical or almost identical events on different dates.
To do this, click on the "duplicate" button, modify the dates, then check the various parameters to update them if necessary.
