# Publish your 1st event

As the person in charge of organization, you need to create your organization.
This is the prerequisite for publishing your event.


| Check if your organization is already listed in the directory 
[Organization directory](https://www.eugenol.com/organisations)

If it is, click on "I want to manage this organization", and Eugenol will validate it very quickly.
